learn.ed: Training and Development

This course is a "generic example" of online pedagogy, using some basic principles of online course design, which strives to: (1) promote student retention by keeping them engaged and interested; (2) reinforce student learning through communication and collaboration; (3) stimulate student use of technology to apply acquired knowledge.
